I’m hearing that visitors to my hobby website are having intermittent problems loading the video feature.

Feature: “Video Of The Day”
Apparently, sometimes the feature hangs on the screen “Player Loading” and won’t progress from there. Other times, the video seems to load okay for these same visitors. So, I’m thinking it has to be a preloader problem of some kind, but since it isn’t always broken, I’m really stumped!
There’s a lot going on with this feature - almost all of it loads in externally: everything from the video swf, the graphic and all text.
Can you guys take a look at it and tell me if you experience problems, or if you have had a similar situation? Troubleshooting on this one is really tough for me.
The loading was ok, but when I hit play nothing happened.
Seems to me that this is a plugin issue. Some sites that doesn´t work very well in my computer here at work, and at my comp. at home they work just fine, but in the other hand there are other sites that crash at home that in my work they´re ok.
Both computers have flash MX installed, last version of the plugin. so they´re basically the same, in flash matters.
