External swf

flash webiste always had to load an external music file. now my question is:

  1. if i want the external music file is .swf but not MP3, how can i create that kind of swf?

  2. how can i control the external swf music file like play, stop, pause inside the main page?

ok, i know how to load an external MP3 file and control them,but dont know how to do that if the external music file is .swf, can someine help?

wow, that’s tutorial is superb!
but i think i had read that one before (bout few month ago, not sure).
i learn how to control the external MP3 file from that tut i think.

in that tut, it mainly two kind of tut,

  1. control the sound which import into itself.
  2. control external .MP3 file.

but how to do if i import the song(MP3) to a file to produce a .swf(let say called music.swf) and i want another .swf(main page) to load the music.swf as a background sound.

and i can control the bgsound to start, stop, pause… from the mainpage.swf.

i think most flash website load an external swf music file rather than .MP3, right? because MP3 file size is large.

for example, SOTW billz and askthefool website. how to do that???

yeah, really thanks, i think that exactly what i want to do.
unfortunatelly, the sample .zip which attached by sintax was already being deleted:*(

i think that two zip file containing every i should know.

so, what i gonna do? asking sintax for help or…
