I try to make an image slideshow like the image slideshow on the front page of Miva Merchant (“Our Premier Strategy Partners” - see the URL below)

First of all, I tried to do it in Flash and XML. I thought I could just dump all the gif files in and it should work but it didn’t work. Then, I read about problems loading gif files in Flash. I thought perhaps I could use Javascript.
So I looked under the hook of Miva Merchant to see how did they do it. Then, I had a hard time understanding some of their codes. I download slideshow.js and a few logo gif files and wanted to test it myself to see if the images show up but I had no luck still … I don’t know where to find the “SLIDESTEXT”.
Can anyone tell me what I missed here?
