I’m having a problem that I simply should not be having. This isn’t even really with actionscripting, so much as animation and keyframing. I have two movie clips that go from alpha 0% to 100%, stay at 100% for a few frames, then goes back to 0% and go away. The rough part is that the clips show up fine when I drag through my timeline, but when I preview it, the clips in question don’t fade, they just show up at 100% the entire way through. Is there an explanation for this? Does Flash just do what it wants sometimes? I’ve been using Flash for years and I’ve never seen this, what detail am I missing?
