Fading out video and sound from an F4V

Hi,

I’m importing an F4V with sound into b.swf .

In scene1 of a.swf I’m importing b.swf into an empty_MC. Also on a.swf I want to have a button that when pressed it will fade out b.swf’s video as well as sound before unloading it. I’m having trouble with fading out the video and sound. Here is a link to the files.
