I’m looking for someone to create a family tree flash application.
Ideally, there needs to be an element of interactivity. Scolling through the family tree, click on a thumb nail of character to bring up information on said person.

Although it does not need to be anywhere near as complicated. The ability to click on a character is a nice to have.
The deadline is very tight and the budget not huge as this is a non profit fan driven site (but extremely busy)
