I tried searching for an answer to this without success. I am making a page with a swf set to 100% height and width. There is a background movie clip that resizes to fill the window and then the site itself which is centered over top and does not scale.
The problem is you never get scroll bars no matter how small the browser window gets which means people with smaller screens cannot see all of the content.
Is there a way to make a swf at least so many pixels wide or tall (forcing scroll bars if the window is smaller) but otherwise being 100% wide and tall?
