ALRIGHT. Heres the setting.
I have a map, every little country is its on movieclip, when there is no mouse on any of them, i went it all to be blurred, but when i put my mouse of one ( on(RollOver) ) i want the one country to come out of being filtered to blur. I have no idea how filters in actionscript work, hopefully someone can enlighten me
