I’m writing this while being extremely frustrated — borderline losing my patience, honestly.
I just tried to open my Firebase Studio workspace like any normal day.
Guess what I got?
“Error opening workspace: We’ve detected suspicious activity on one of your workspaces. Please contact support for further assistance.”
Suspicious. Activity.
I literally opened my own workspace — not hacking, not running anything shady, not even touching advanced configs — and somehow I’ve been flagged as a threat by the very system I’m trying to work on.
At first, I thought, “Okay, maybe it’s just a glitch.”
I contacted support, and Kirupa kindly helped me unlock it.
Cool. Problem solved, right?
Nope. The next time I opened it — boom, locked again. Same message.
At this point, I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
How is this even possible? I can’t do my work, can’t run my project, and because of this stupid lock, I even got zero points on my test.
All because Firebase thinks my “activity” is suspicious.
My only “activity” was existing.
Let’s be real — if your system is going to randomly block users without explanation, at least have a transparent appeal process or give a reason why.
Not just “you’re suspicious, deal with it.”
I can’t “deal with it” when my entire project depends on this workspace.
This whole situation has wasted my time, wrecked my workflow, and honestly, it’s shaking my trust in the platform.
I’m tired of being polite about it — this needs to be fixed now, and fixed properly, so it doesn’t keep happening again and again.

Please, just unlock it.
I’m not asking for miracles, I just want to use my workspace — the one I built myself — without being treated like a hacker every other day.
At this point, “suspicious activity” feels less like a security measure and more like Firebase gaslighting its own users.
@kirupa remember the last email you have promised to help me. Please I have a lot of work to do =(((((
