I have always designed and developed small websites, nothing more than 20 pages, most less than 10 pages.
As I posted in the showcase and critique section, my mock- ups are done and awaiting approval to begin production in the new year, 2 weeks from now. It’s an entire corporate website with each brand we carry having it’s own, mini-site, section dedicated for all the brand’s information.
I’m finding myself a little overwhelmed as I want to plan and prepare everything properly rather than go into the project and find myself redoing a whole bunch of stuff.
I was hoping pros here can offer me some advices and share how they approach production, and prepare before starting the coding.
Also, how do you guys keep yourself organize and keep yourself in line with the project.
And anyone know of a good free project management software for PC
