i keep getting this message saying that my fla file will not open! i REALLY need the file as it contains LOTS of work. has anyone had this problem and is there a fix? i have tried both mac and pc, with MX, MX2004, and Flash 8 and still nothing!

Your file is prob corrupt then.
i have had this problem wher my files sometimes would refuse to open up, i would in that case copy the file , paste it in another location and rename it.Amazingly this has worked for me a couple of times, but STILL is not a guaranteed thing. Try your luck, it may just work.
