Flash 8 - changing some features of this great text effect

Hello,

I tried to change some features of the attatched effect but got nothing to work.
Could someone please take a look at the file and help me do this:

  • make it work in flash 8 player;
  • change the alignment to the right;
  • Increase the speed;
  • make the lines appear from the right

Any help will be really appreciated.
