I’m trying to use for the first time the Flash 8 Detection programming that appears in the Publish options.
When it creates the html page it embeds the swf and you all know the embed issue with Microsoft. I want the swf to be centered in the screen and it displays it to the left. Also it displays the Get Flash message a bit too far to the right of my screen (1024x768). I would like to add some text explaining that the computer needs the player to be installed.
Does anybody knows how to fix the embed issue in the code?
Is there an alternate code I could use as a detector?
Does the Flash detection tutorial of Kirupa works for Flash 8?
