This isn’t so much a problem I am having, so much as something I have noticed that I have a question about. I’ve been making a website for myself for the past 2 or so months using XML to load up all of the menus and pictures galleries. I’ve finally gotten my page live on the web, but I notice something weird that happens. My page will run fine first try in a browser, all the XML will load up properly, no problems at all. If I then hit refresh on the page, it will refresh the embedded SWF, but all of a sudden the links don’t work anymore and the XML won’t load. Once I clear the cache in my browser, the page will start functioning again.
Now my question is, are there any reasons refreshing the page will cause my SWF to not work properly and not allow any of my links to work?
