We are a web design company located in New York city. We are looking for a flash programmer to work with us on a project by project basis - with an urgency for a new big project that needs to be done within the next two weeks at most.
This project is being done for a big daily newspaper. We will provide full operational flash files with the design and all the basics, but will need a proficient programmer to link everything together and do the magic.
We are on a very tight time frame - we will need to send design samples very soon and get a an estimate asap.

This project is, in a simplified explanation, a weather viewer; it involves getting information from an XML file and displaying it on a map. It’s not a simple project.
