Hey all,
I have a stock-like ticker built in flash that pulls information out of an xml file titled ticker.xml. The xml file is updated daily but for some reason when I refresh the site it doesn’t seem to display the new contents of the xml file. If I delete my temp internet files and THEN refresh the page the new information is displayed so I’m assuming this is a caching issue. Is there any way to make sure that the flash movie/xml file are not cached when the site is downloaded or at least that they are redownloaded and replaced each time the site is visited? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
