Hi, I’ve designed a site for a photographer and here is the page in action:

Unfortunately there are 2 questions,
1.) I created a fade so when the photo comes in, it’ll have a fade, however, it doesn’t work
2.) The photo disappears after 1-2 minutes
I’ve attached the source files, any help would be truly appreciated!
