Flash CS3 creating a message board or forum HELP ME PLEASE!

hello there CS3 Flash experts

i want to create a forum or message board. all i want the user to do is

  1. input their name
  2. input their email address
  3. input their message on the related topic
  4. display their details beside all the inputting section for other users to see and scroll down

please can anyone help?
