Hi guys can anyone help me out with this? I would like to create this effect and would like to know how its done. Also can I use Flash MX to create the effect or do I need Flash MX 2004 to do the same.

It’s not designed by flash ^^
so this is all i need. It is not a flash effect, so then what do i need just an image thats it huh…kewl thanks guys
