Hi all, I’ve been visiting this website for a few months, and I’ve learned alot here. I’m working on this project for my boss this month, it’s a catalogue with page flipping effect, I found this website and using their open coding for this beautiful page flipping. http://www.quasimondo.com/archives/000352.php
I ended up with a 6 mb .swf because of the huge amount of images I need to put in it. Now, the only problem I’m having is to make a loader, it’s killing me!! Imagine a 6 mb .swf loading without a loader :*( So…i really need to seek help from flash experts, I’m begging you guys :-/
Not that I haven’t tried to make one by myself but it just doesn’t show up, the loader is simply not doing anything, all I need is a load bar, but it isn’t working…it works on my other .swfs but not this one, so…please help me out, download the .fla they have and see what’s going on with their coding, I’m not an expert myself, I’m just a newbie…I’ve been working my *** off for the .swf and I don’t wanna waste it because I can’t figure out the load bar…anyone who can give me a hand here?
