i’ve just completed kirupa’s example form and modified to fit a couple extra input text fields. unfortunately, i do not have microsoft Access to create the first three steps which require a simple database, table, field names, and datatypes. is there another way to come up with this? i have Excel?
my input text fields are:
Allname
address
city
state
zip
email
comments
that’s pretty much it.
any quick suggestions?
