I have made a flash form based on the tutorial at the kirpa webiste located here:

The code has been copied exactly as the tutorial says too, i just cant seem to work it out… Can anyone look at my site below and work out whats going on???
I have put the form a few levels within flash and I was wondering if that might have been the problem as the tutorial had the form on the root timeline…
please someone help…
