Must combine both, and it must be then converted to swf (true vector)
then that vector converted into swf and then implemented with someone simple animation and on the banner I would like buttons in this format http://images.q4music.com/content/qonline/common/navbar.swf
but making sure its like the layout, full weblayout so i can post daily celebrity news and gossip, so far i tried this
