Flash image problem

HI,

I have a presentation I’m working on in flash mx, and its got a lot of jpg imagery, which i’ve reduced in fireworks. It runs fine, but about 40 seconds into it, it just slows right down and nearly dies.

Anyone got any ideas?

Forgot to add, its only on one image when i change the alpha
