FLASH input method changed to asian, can't use symbols anymore

I don’t know what happened my input method is showing up as Japanese or Chinese or Korean, and characters like “/” and “}” and “%” on my keyboard are now not working or displaying strange characters. Any idea how to fix this? PLEASE HELP! Thanks!
