Flash Llite 1.1 Menu

hi, i am new to flash CS3 and have been searching the net for a tutorial that has clear stp-by-step instructions about how to make a flash lite menu for a SE phone (Sony Ericsson). Does anyone on this website know how to/where i can get a good tutorial for how to do this??
