Flash menu in a php site

Hi everybody.
I´m a new user from Denmark.

I have a question about to use a flash menu in a php site, where the site don´t reload when a button is pressed, but only a target frame.
The thing is that i´m confused about witch method I can use to make a flash menu that control the content in a php site.
The reason for use php is that I have to make a cms system.

I now that I kan use Iframe og frames, but I don´t really like frames.
Then there is AJAX, but i´m very green to that…

Are there an other to handle this?? :ear:

did you find a good solution? I am having the same issue, my submenu is sliding in from the left, but due to the reload the animation is not entirely visible :frowning:
