This post is in the spirit of “help me help myself”. I’m looking to learn, not to ask someone else to do it. 
Where do you think I could go as a starting point to learn how to create the mouseover effect as shown in the link below? I don’t need the circles to move around, but I do like the ripple effect upon the mouseover.
