Hi Folks
If I have an image that I want to animate in Flash as well as use a mouse over FX on, so that when users hover their mouse over it they get an effect letting them know they selected that link, how is that accomplished?
Any tutorial and help appreciated.
Also if I can get to a site that sell those sort of things I will also appreciate it.
