Okay, okay. I know there’s already loads of threads on this forum about Flash sound players, but I cannot seem to find what I’m after in those threads, and am even having trouble finding it on the web. I was wondering if anyone might have come across something like this and can post up a link to where they found it:
I’m after a Flash MP3 player that does not use an XML playlist, and features one of those tracker bars (sometimes referred to as scrubbers – usually in video – it’s the little bar that you can drag back and forth to skip to different parts in the track - it moves from left to right as the track is playing and seen in almost music playing program out there including RealOne, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, etc.)
Why no XML playlist? Because I have definate numbers and names of the mp3 files I’d like to load, thus do not need it to be that dynamic. I want to cut down on the amount of files too – so I just want to have the names of the mp3 named within Flash. I’ve found some tutorials on the web for creating mp3 players like this, but they all use XML.
So if anyone know where to find a tutorial for creating an mp3 player in Flash with a scrubber/tracker bar, please let me know!! Thanx
