Flash & mysql?

i’m on my internship right now.and my supervisor wants me to develop a continously sliding pictures retrieved from a database (mysql) using flash. I know flash can be integrated with mysql thorugh php. I read so many tutorials about it but still unable to develop it.and sliding it is a problem too…anyone kind enough to help me…please…thanks…
