Flash not visible in IE

There is a music player at the top, which is visible, and plays just fine in FF, and Safari, but doesn’t even show up in IE???

Regular stuff like the object and embed tags are fine, the movie exist. I can only assume that it has something to do with the javascript.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Now that I think about it, the fact that not only the flash player is not there but the menu to the left of it isn’t showing up as well! Any ideas?
