Hey guys I am having a serious problem getting this page to work properly.

I am trying to load movie into the flash file to save on file size(don’t know if this is right but I have never done this before so I am trying it.) So the main section with buttons and content is one movie, the header is one, the to bars on the right are both individual movies.
But the whole site just LAGS!!! I don’t understand it, I am not using amazing coding it all rather simple but its just not working.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this as I am a newbie and Im very confused.
