hi guys, i m looking for flash + php form with simpe db for my assignment.the form contains a detail such as name,IC no,address,Telno,DOB,POB,etc.Then the input will be retain in the dbase for admin reference which can display a date of registration.i hope u can help me out guys because my deadline is just around the corner. :sigh:
