Flash Presentation for HDTV problem - [DVD or USB] - and Way!

Hi All,

I have just completed a flash presentation of resolution 800-600. I need to publish it for viewing it on HDTV where it will be played in a looping fashion. Ideally it would/should be a Video format. We have a DVD player attached to it.

Now the problems:
1.) I have tried with USB. Converted the SWF into MPG (different resolutions and played it on HDTV using USB [Any kind of PC resolutions are not working - 720-480 works though but obviously it stretches the video against its original aspect ratio(4:3)]. It worked all right (although centered - leaving black spaces on left and right). Problem is it won’t loop.

2.) Consequently I went for DVD since it allows for looping. Now, standard DVD resolution is 720-480 - which is a hassle in that it degrades the quality a lot and consequently pixelates the video. Also, more importantly, burning the video for DVD cuts the video from different sides randomly - when burned using different settings.

Best one I have reached is using Windows 7 DVD Maker using HD settings and ratio of 16:9. For this purpose, I used a video which was generated at 1920:1080 using iwiSoft SWF to Video converter.

I would like to know if any of you have ever faced such a situation - and what was your solution, and Also if there is any other way to make a good quality looping video for HDTV Output. The only problem is it cuts the video from top and bottom by around 45 pixels(total).

I would love to share any more detail if you need one.
