I am working on flash site in which there are scroll bar for which you can scroll up and down for reading the data .
Now ordinary scroll bar is like that , just giving the e.g what we generally do

Once the user clicks on the arrow to scroll down, a second arrow appears enabling the user to scroll up. Ideally, the down arrow would disappear when the user reaches the end of the content, and the up arrow would disappear when the user scrolls back to the top.
