is it possible to set the streaming parameters on the flash so that it does not start streaming until more of the movie is cached on the local machine? I found that the movie was stopping and starting in the final third – and that was on a pretty fast connection.
What would be the best way to go about fixing this problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
