just thought I’d post this up in case no one has seen this.
You can put html ‘Over’ Flash with this technique.

You can see the demo where they use Flash as an animation underlayer to enhance an HTML form…but I guess this could be used in many other ways.
Designers can’t always use 100% flash so this could spice things up a bit!?
