i was wondering if any of You can recommend some free/cheap video-chat based on flash?

EDIT**: preferences:
- i dont want to use Flash Media Server to transport the data
- video is the keyword. So you could also just imagine transporting the video (multiple conference video streams) through one server using PHP or other server-side language.
