I am working on a new ALL FLASH site to showcase my portfolio which is all :30 commercials. I was going to implement a infinite scroll bar with still frames that the user clicks on, which launches another page with the commercial. Each commercial will be about
5 megabytes and 29.97 frames per second.
Most users that will look at this page probably will be expecting a
quicktime file. Would you recommend using quicktimes or converting to swf or flv?
Lastly, any tips for making the user happy while the movie loads?
BTW. This site is not geared for dial up connections. Only Lan connections
