Hi,
I had resorted to saving my flash file every 10 seconds because randomally it would just crash on me. And when it crashes it simply closes with no warning. One second im tweening away the next im staring at my desktop!
Ive just spend the entire morning trying to locate the problem and I think ive found it. Ive gone throught all the items in the labrary and discovered one bmp and it’s containing movieclip symbol which, when I touch, crashes the program. The symbol is not being used on the stage at any point. I have tried replacing the bmp my dragging in another bmp of the same name, but this too crashes the program. Also if I press the “insert target path” button in the actions panel, this too causes it to crash.
Ive been working on this site, on and off for months and really do not want to start over.
Please does anyone know of a way to remove the corrupt file or stop flash from crashing.
