I have a 17" crt which is massive in size and takes up half my desk sooo… I am looking for a new moniter. I was looking at 1 from BenQ they make “alienwares” screen… What do you guys have? can you recomend a make or model ?
hsadan - for many games, I’ve never noticed any issues playing in a lower resolution. My laptop’s LCD is optimized for 1600x1200, but I have played 800x600 games without a major problem.
Could it be the ratio between the resolution you are in and the one you are going to that causes the blurs? I know that widescreen monitors don’t scale well when used in a 4:3 ratio resolution such as 800x600.
