Flexing boxes?

I have posted somthing about this before and the response i got was that it was done in tweening but i have yet to figure it out… But the question is… How do you get a box to flex at the side when it loads in?? or flex from the top… I wanna use this in a mask but i eed to figure out how it is done first… Can anyone help me with this??
