Heres my History, i’ve been visiting this site for a long time, but just today i decided to join the forums, i never liked the idea but this forum seems to be very nice, after several hours trying to find what i want to do i couldnt, so heres my question.
How do i make a Floating add? ok i got the flash movie, the page, but when i make it transparent it is not OVER the whole document, its on its place, so it dont overlaps with the text or design. ok some people think this is easy, but my idea is this(please note that i have no knowledge about programming or webdesign, just things that i have learned using flash and reading online tutorials).

i want a flash that can be in front of everything, the text the menus everything, like those advertisings that appear suddenly over the screen

i know i need a java script to insert the flash in the page, but i dont know how to program and i couldnt find one script because everyone hides them from people.

my idea is making my default/index page a frameset, fixed bottom, then the bottom will be 0pxls so it will be hidden, Because in that frame i want to load the movie, and the other frame will be the content. The experimented people can notice already that the flash is the menu, and i want it to be centered on the screen and over the whole document this means, the content frame.

in my flash i added a mouse trail, But when i make the flash transparent it will not work, why? it only works when i place the mouse cursor over some object of the movie, i want to know if theres a possible way to fix this.
