Having seen the plea about floating adverts in the Flash 8 topics, it started me thinking - does anyone know of, or can create, a tutorial for these floating adverts? I understand that it requires a bit more knowledge than simply Flash as it also involves the use of HTML layers and transparency, but any pointers would be most useful. Something along the lines of how to publish a floating ad style .swf, what kind of HTML code to use, hints and tips about cross-browser issues, etc.
