i think i have read somewhere that i cant read an flv file form another server.
for example:
- domain1.com has video.flv in its storage
- domain2.com (not related to domain1.com) has a web page with a flash file into it. the flash file uses an flvplayback component. that component calls the video.flv from domain1.com.
wasnt there some kind of restriction that would not allow domain2.com to stream from domain1.com’s storage?
i tried but it seems there was nothing stopping the video from being played. if anyone knows the doc on that, i would appreciate.
