heres the deal, i load and external swf into my maintimeline. the external swf should play the flv from my server but i just get a flickering flv logo when i go to the site. i found some other people that had this problem and they mentioned something about changing MIME types but when i asked my webhost about this all they said was “our hosting doesnt support streaming video, link to you tube.”
i wouldnt bother asking here except that when i test the external swf on my computer, the movie streams perfectly, its just that when i try to load the external swf into my main timeline everything falls apart. is my webhost full of crap or do i not understand how this thing works?
