FLV stops half way through on playback after being converted from Quicktime MOV?

  1. I converted some quicktime movies to .FLV via Quicktime Pro (on a MAC) - standard settings (nothing special).
  2. I can play the converted FLVs through Finder just fine (beginning to end with audio).
  3. When I play through flash at runtime (via the standard FLV player component), some videos play right to the end and some play halfway to the end and just stop (as well as the audio) for no apparent reason – regardless of the length of the movie.
  4. On movies that stop this way, if I take the playhead and just move it slightly ahead of where it stops, it starts playing again (but with no audio).

Has this happened to anyone? solutions?
