Its quite simple mate… Once in the stage press Ctrl+R, browse and select the video, follow the instructions (choose progressive download), and… done!
[SIZE=2]Thanks, Loyx. But the thing is, what I don’t know is how to insert the flv in a webpage. Do I have to upload the flv and export it as swf, blah blah, I’m really confused.
I have the flv imported in a fla file. What now?[/SIZE]
