Flvplayback vs netstream

I use netstream at work and some people here use flvplayback and I am trying to find out the advantages and disadvantages of both?

I used netStream to load YouTube videos because I couldn’t unload the videos using the FLVPlayback component, the stream created by the FLVPlayback would never close no matter what I tried.

You would not happen to have some sample code on how you do this would you. I’m seriously struggeling loading two different YouTube videos because I cannot shut down the loading of the first one. I’ve not used NetStream before so I would be most interested in seeing how you do this.
